Blissful Banana Cafe

I celebrated my nomination last night in this great place. happy to tell that we enjoyed a awesome evening and the restaurant was clearly one of the reasons for the fruitful event. The stuff participated in a lovely manner, the meals were yummy and my buddies were extremely joyful. We shall absolutely return for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

The frozen blissful banana is a great healthy alternative to a dessert if you are avoiding sugar. Great idea, unique place, +++

VEGAN ALERT!!!!! Fantastic restaurant! Very impressed with the selection and quality of the vegan food. Cauliflower tacos and their vegan alfredo pasta are to die for! So much flavor! Not to mention the vegan desserts! You'll be in heaven! It's great knowing they list vegan items in the menue which makes it so much easier on me. I never have to stress out or ask my server so many questions to ensure it's vegan. It's a great feeling walking in knowing I'm welcomed. I can just go in and relax and order great food! The service is phenomenal! Never had a bad experience and I will continue to eat there. #1 vegan spot!

I really can't say enough great things about The Blissful Banana. First off its a family owned and operated business. You can feel it when you walk in the door. Supporting family owned and local businesses is so important! You can taste the love that is put into each dish. They really know what they are doing over there. The Cuban sandwich is authentic! We thought the cook must be Cuban!

Delicious Vegan options and hospitality is excellent. They also have a vegan banana sorbet. This place is a must.

Omigosh, this place is so yummy! Great place to come if you have omnivores, vegetarians and/or vegans in your group because there is really something (many things, actually) for everyone. First time we went, they had a supremely delicious French onion soup that might be my favorite soup I've ever had. Turns out that's only offered occasionally but I'd love to see it offered more regularly. Portabella burger and cauliflower tacos were super yummy. And great service in a cute atmosphere!

Service was a bit slow and some incorrect orders came out. Interesting menu however. I will post some pics.

My husband and I stopped in before Warped Tour for breakfast. What drew me in is that they have vegan options! Amazing find. They had the vegan breakfast tacos on special, and they were so good. A tad salty, but good. I also had a soy milk cappuccino that was delicious. My husband had the regular breakfast tacos that he really enjoyed, and he liked the bloody Mary's. I love finding places my husband and I can both eat at without comprising, and we were happy to find this gem in the suburbs. Our service was great, too.

The food was great, and it was such a social space (bananagrams was so much fun lol). They had a back area that had a fireplace, couches, a community guitar for anyone to play, and a wall of books to read! I can't wait to come again w my other pals :3

This restaurant is a gift from heaven for me!!! I have food allergies and sensitivities and I am always so impressed with the menu options. We love sitting in the back area where there is a fire place and couches and where my kids can chill a little bit while we eat. The servers are usually pretty friendly and knowledgable and quite helpful with questions about food ingredients.

One of my favorite spots to go have breakfast. I absolutely love that they have vegan options on their menu, and these options are cooked exquisitely. Also, their coffee is pretty good.

Wow!! I'm so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, attentiveness of the waiter, and that's before even mentioning how delicious the food was! As a vegan, I don't usually have more than one or two options on any menu, and that's street substituting fine things in a menu item. I loved being able to read through several options and my choice wasn't easy as everything sounded delicious! I has the vegan Southwest skillet, and the flavors were out of this world! Such a great stop, I'll make it here more often!

My daughter had a vegan option, Nashville Hot Tofu and she loved it. I had a Chicken Pita, it was very good. We both had the sweet potato Vegan mash, we both liked it a lot. Friendly server and staff. Will definitely go back.

This is a nice place. I've been here before but it's probably been 2 years. The service was good, other than the server never offered to fill up the coffee cup (but I've learned that's just the sign of a non coffee drinker). The Waldorf salad was ok. Not bad but I don't think I'd get it again. I can't quite put my finger on what it needs to be better... Maybe season the chicken. My husband had the club sandwich and loved it. My teen had the burger and loved it and my younger two enjoyed their grilled cheese. I know it comes with the Frozen banana dessert, but you would think it would come with a side? Like chips or applesauce or something. Just a suggestion. Cause my kids didn't care for the banana stuff.

This is a decent enough place for a quick snack and beverage. There is a comfy eating area in the back but you aren't allowed to eat anything wile sitting there. Strange. Also, we requested the music be turned down a little as we were trying to work and the music was blaring. Staff said they had no control over the volume of the music. Food was okay - but they do have some decent GF stuff on the menu.

My favorite place!! Their gluten free buns are great!! Im celiac (allergy to gluten) and get get sandwiches from their all the time. Their food is always cooked absolutely perfect and I never have a problem there. The only issue I ever had was about a week ago a waitress didn’t know what was gluten free and how they made the sandwiches gluten free, she also told me they couldn’t make gluten free sandwiches and that it would be a plate of the food with the gluten free bread on the side which is 100% not true because like I said I go there a lot. She definitely needs to know the menu and about gluten free. Other than that my go to place to eat and definitely recommend anyone to go there , either allergic to gluten or not.

Friendly staff,Great food, warm environment! What more can a customer ask for??? Drinks orderd- hot cafe mocha and cold gorilla coffee, definitely recommend either one if you have a chocolate/sweet tooth. Food ordered- Cuban sandwich and morning skillet. Best Cuban sandwich I've tasted so far, not greasy or dripping grease like other place, taste is great everything about this sandwich blended perfectly together as it should, with a side of rice and beans which weren't all that great, but the sandwich makes up for it. My morning skillet was ok, I guess next time I'll request to take it easy on the onion, bread wasn't even toasted so that kinda sucked, but overall would go back again and try something different on the menu or maybe just stick to the Cuban 👍

This place is super good and it had really good good. The staff is nice.

The portions were large and the food was very good. Our party had a great time and we all left very full. I was very satisfied with our server and the rest of the staff.

I LOVE this place. As a vegan, there aren't many options around this area, so it's nice to have somewhere to go. Their breakfast is great and the specials are always DELICIOUS. And I love their coffees.

Ordered takeout and the pepper and egg sandwich is very filling and huge! It was a great Lent choice and next time we'll have to eat in the restaurant because it looked like a great environment!
